All services are delivered based on project-specific requirements, technical discussions, and agreed specifications.

All engineering solutions are developed based on the information provided by the client, including:

• Component dimensions and material specifications
• Production capacity and workflow requirements
• Site conditions and operational constraints

The client is responsible for reviewing and approving all technical drawings, layouts, and specifications before execution. Any modifications after approval may result in additional cost and timeline adjustments.

Jinil designs systems tailored to specific industrial applications. While every effort is made to ensure optimal performance:

• Final performance depends on actual operating conditions
• Changes in production parameters may affect system efficiency
• Customizations are based on the data and inputs provided by the client

Installation and commissioning services are carried out under mutually agreed timelines.

The client is responsible for:

• Providing required site readiness (power, space, utilities)
• Ensuring safe working conditions
• Assigning personnel for coordination during installation

Delays due to site unpreparedness may impact project timelines.

Machine performance is influenced by multiple factors, including:

• Type and condition of components
• Abrasive media used
• Operating practices and maintenance
• Environmental and site conditions

Jinil ensures systems are designed for optimal performance under specified conditions but does not guarantee outcomes outside agreed parameters.

Regular maintenance is essential to ensure consistent machine performance.

• Preventive maintenance schedules must be followed
• Only recommended spare parts and consumables should be used
• Unauthorized modifications may affect performance and safety

Jinil offers AMC and support services to maintain system efficiency and reliability.

Warranty terms are provided as per the agreement or contract for each project.

The warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear components
• Improper usage or lack of maintenance
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications

Detailed warranty conditions will be specified in the project documentation.

Jinil shall not be held liable for:

• Production losses or downtime due to improper operation
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Performance issues arising from conditions outside specified parameters

Our liability is limited to the scope defined in the project agreement.

All engineering designs, drawings, specifications, and technical documentation provided by Jinil remain the intellectual property of Jinil unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients are not permitted to reproduce, share, or use these materials for third-party manufacturing without prior authorization.

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of:

• Technical data
• Project details
• Business and operational information

Information shared during the course of the project shall not be disclosed to third parties without consent.

Jinil reserves the right to update engineering designs, specifications, or processes to improve performance, safety, or efficiency.

Any major changes impacting project scope will be communicated and mutually agreed upon.

These Terms of Engineering are governed by applicable laws and are subject to jurisdiction as defined in the project agreement.
